Garlic Health Benefits - A Short Story




Garlic is commonly eaten cooked, fried, dry, roasted, glazed and like uncooked.





At one of the trade shows we were demonstrating how The Garlic Chop worked. And, along comes this pretty sparse 9 eternity senile chick ( with her parents ) and starts eating untried extended garlic cloves. Daughter was stable polite enough to pry into! " Can I eat some of your garlic? " and her mom says " miss does this all the stint ". I cringed when I aphorism her eat it green. I was since lured, I figured if teenybopper can do this, since can I.... hence, sequential that nighttide I proceeded in eating a big clove of garlic.





Oh man, it suffering following on. How that teeny queen did it was beyond my understanding. You make out, some of the garlic health benefits are that garlic is not Acidic as some may think, it is Alkaline on the PH scale. This is conclusively massed cause why garlic is healthy for you. Always make unequivocal you are consuming lots of alkaline foods. This will help stop cancers and diseases from thriving in your body. Things like ketchup and vinegar are acidic. Therefore, just eat more garlic!





In addition, garlic contains Allicin, a substance that can cause us humans intestinal and digestive tract problems if eaten raw. And don ' t let your pets eat it raw, it could be their last meal.





Another time a couple came by our booth. The woman told me how she had to take her husband to the hospital because he was eating too much garlic. You see, she said he chews it and stores it in the side of his mouth, making his cheek bulge out like a chipmunk. He almost put a hole through the side of his mouth! This is not one of the garlic health benefits. Can you believe that??
