Panic attack stories may catch our attention from clock to epoch. After all, we may be affected in declaiming about the experiences of other people. Sometimes the stories we hear may contain a small nugget of knowledge or information that may help us manage our own symptoms and panic attacks a little better. They can be a negative thing however, if we focus all our attention on it, and read every story we can find in any spare time we have.
